All organizations differ. They are also constantly changing. The complex challenges that organizations are facing, require numerous support tools for management. However, the available frameworks tend to be reference models, loaded with recommended practices, but without instructions for their implementation.

To get in control, organizations require as many standardized tools as possible, to support an integrated management system. Processes in IT service organizations are always the same, so a single process model is sufficient for organizations in the same position of the supply chain. Organizations do differ in their specific organizational structure and in their technology. A good management system therefore has standardized processes and takes all local variable organizational structures and technical infrastructures into account.

At Servitect, we use best practices and standards that have proven their value, such as ITIL, ASL and MOF for internal processes, PRINCE2 for project management, and ISO20000, COBIT, ISO27001/NEN7510 for quality assurance. All of these practices and standards are applied in an integrated approach, and supplemented as needed.

In addition to extensive operational experience, the quality of our service rests to a large extent on knowledge. From theory and practice, the latest knowledge is collected and disseminated through various media in the field. The employees of Servitect regularly publish their views in articles, books, and magazines.
