Good advice leads to optimal tuning of the desired results, the resources available, and feasible changes. Servitect focuses entirely on organizational improvement. This includes consultancy on improving service management processes, selecting and configuring publication tools and service management tools, establishing quality systems, training the service management staff, and supporting outsourcing projects.
Servitect offers the following management services:
- Management of improvement projects- Implementing improvements in organizations (process, culture) and in processes, based on the ISM method and the FSM method.
- Project management - Introducting new services or modifying existing services.
- Interim management - Temporary management of services (departments or processes).
Servitect offers a comprehensive training portfolio for the field of IT service management. This includes training programs at various levels, coaching of various roles or individuals, and several management games aimed at improving awareness or management capabilities. Training can also be delivered on-site.
As the developer and manager of the ISM and FSM method, Servitect cooperates with dozens of partners who adopt these methods in their own products and services, in the ISM Group. All these partners and their products and services are trained, adapted, and certified by Servitect, for the application of the ISM and/or FSM method. This way Servitect is able to support a large number of organizations with a fully standardized approach for service improvement.
